My name is Stephanie Veraghen and I am a business operations expert, project manager, certified life coach and HeartMath® Resilience Trainer, HeartMath® Certified Mentor and founder of Show Up Awesome. We help teams and businesses become more human by developing powerful people and processes. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising & Public Relations, and A.S. Degree in Graphic Design, and a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Psychology, specializing in Leadership and Conflict Transformation, which integrates the spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience with the framework of modern psychology.
